Over the next few weeks I will be expanding on each of the steps in the plan covered below to give you the nitty gritty details and simple instructions to follow to get your Private Label Business up and running as quickly and easily as possible.

To start with, here's the basic outline to give you an idea of what is to come..

How to make money without your own product.

The answer is quite simple, you can make money from other peoples products legally by using what are known as Private Label Rights (PLR) products.

Using PLR products gives you an advantage over develpoing your own products, is you don't have to invest the time and money in researching and developing the product yourself, giving you a huge headstart, both in time and cashflow.

New Private Label products are being released all the while, but not all are worth buying.

The good ones typically have the following: -

1. a limit on the number of licences for sale, i.e. how many people you will potentially be competing with if you buy

2. the products are for obviously profitable markets such as health, dating, diet etc.

3. include the sales letter and other marketing material to allow you to get your site up quickly and easily. You do not want to have to go out and hire a copywriter to do the sales letter for you..

The best also include some extras..

1. market/kerword research for the product to help you with your marketing efforts

2. articles for promoting the site/product

3. content for building an autoresponder list to keep your visitors coming back until they buy..

So having chosen a good PLR package, how do you go about getting it up and running?

Well, just like building Adsense/Article sites it's a process that can be broken down in to simple steps.

Here's the basic steps I follow when I get a new PLR product: -

1. Do keyword research for the product if it's not included

2. Find and register a suitable domain name (preferably a .com), set up the domain hosting.

3. Load up the salesletter and change whatever details necessary to suit your business identity, email address etc. Add your own keywords.

4. Upload the site (sales page, thankyou/download page, privacy policy, product download file etc.)

5. Sign up with ClickBank.com and set up the product details and product delivery url

6. Add the purchase link to the sales page on the site and test it, then confirm it works with ClickBank and ask them to agree the sales page and raise the price to your chosen price.

7. Add an affiliate sign up page link to the sales page.

8. choose the categories you want your product to appear in ClickBank, check to make sure someone else promoting the same PLR product isn't already in the category you choose, if there is, choose another category.

9. Start submitting the site to directories.

10. start submitting the articles to article directories.

11. set up a related Blog and start posting the articles to the blog.

12. Set up your auto responder sequence and add a "Squeeze" page.

If you just do one product each month, after 12 months you should have a fairly healthy income coming in on auto pilot. Of course, you can then use that income to develop your own products to sell in the same way, or to sell Private Label Rights for..
